Tamalapakula Saidulu (born on July 16, 1988) of Kodad, Andhra Pradesh made the smallest shoes and sleepers using leather and rubber of 1.6 cm each. He displayed them on May 10, 2010 at MRO office Kodad, AndhraPradesh.
