Lt.Colonel  Hemendra Bansal (born on July 3, 1975) of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, has inscribed the word ‘Peace’ repeatedly 2506 times amounting to a total of 12,530 characters on one side of the standard sized one rupee Indian stamp (Gandhiji’s stamp) on December 2007.
