G A Nilaani of Erode, Tamil Nadu, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying the flags and recalling the names of 195 (UN recognised) countries with capitals in 13 minutes and 28 seconds by looking at the pictures of flags on flashcards, at the age of 4 years and 5 months.
