Captain (Dr.) Sushan Parayil Kuriakose (born on March 6, 1972) of Ernakulam, Kerala, is appreciated for receiving DG NCC Commendation Card four times on the occasion of NCC Day. He received the cards in 2013, 2016, 2018 and 2020 for his utmost sincerity, dedication and exemplary performance in NCC, as confirmed on March 24, 2021.
