Dr. Devendra Gupta ( born on May 25, 1962) of Agra (U.P) is practicing as a surgeon. He also teaches law at the faculty of Agra College. He had acquired his Ph.D on June 18, 2004 from Dr. B.R, Ambedkar University (Agra) for his thesis ‘Female Foeticide and the Law in India’. He has also written a book titled” Practising Doctors & the Law”.
