Dr. Devinder Pal Singh Sehgal, a Forensic Scientist of Chandigarh and a socialist has been making educational kites since 1980 and spreading messages among people by flying those kites. He has been making kites on various themes including Environment Protection, Dowry System, Tobacco Free India and Terrorism etc. He has also won many prizes in ‘fancy kite competition’ during his school time.
