Jogender Singh ( born on January 2, 1988) of Haryana, created a table fan measuring 1.9 cm in length, 1.3 cm in width and 2.4 cm in height, using stapler pins, aluminum plate, wall clock accessories and tape recorder accessories, in seven days (from November 1, 2011 till November 7, 2011), in Mundhal Khurd, Haryana. He displayed it on February 27, 2013, at Record Breakers’ Festival, at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra, Noida (U.P.).
