The record for making the smallest paper plane was set by Tushar Kartik (born on September 21, 2001) of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He made a 1 mm paper plane, using cigarette paper, with the help of a syringe and a blade in 11 minutes, as confirmed on September 7, 2020.
