The record for making the smallest hand-stitched teddy bear was set by Hasna H (born on September 14, 2003) of Palakkad, Kerala. She made and stitched the smallest teddy bear (measuring 5.08 cm x 3.18 cm) using short fur fabric (pink), felt cloth (off-white), synthetic cotton, fevicol, needle and thread, as confirmed on December 28, 2020.
