Eknath Vishwanath Pawar (born on July 10, 1982) of Washim, Maharashtra, is appreciated for taking a revolutionary initiative to honor and counsel the farmers. He started the campaign named “Direct in the farm of farmers” (Thet Shetkryachya Bandhavar) for honoring the farmers on July 1st- Agricultural Day, as confirmed on August 14, 2019.
