Diyya Ananda Raju (born on May 1, 1970), an arts teacher from APSWRS Junior College, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, along with 20 students created 65m long Indian National Flag depicting 84 National Leaders with their birth and death dates, on August 15, 2011.
