This device is capable of pulverizing and extracting oil from various herbs and is designed in such a way that it can also be used as a big pressure cooker. Using this machine, the innovator has also devised a method of gel and essence extraction from Aloe Vera and is conveniently using it for years in producing various cosmetic products. The device costs about Rs. 1, 25,000. This device is used throughout the year in producing several products. According to the innovator, if the device is used properly, it pays back its cost in a few months. It is quite portable and can be easily attached with a tractor and used anywhere on the field to speedily process the herbs, which is required for this. The innovation has one crushing motor and a filter made of stainless steel. It looks like a vertical cylinder based on a platform, which is raised on 4 legs. It is equipped with temperature and pressure measuring devices and has a water jacketed condenser to convert the steam in liquid state.
