The Institute of Hotel Management of PCTE (established in 2007) of Ludhiana, Punjab, 115 Students prepared 115 Different Types of Virgin Mojitos in 100 seconds in ‘Mojito Fiesta’ on February 24, 2018. Various ingredients like Apple cider Vinegar, Supari, Brahmi, Vanilla, Candy Floss, Banarasi Pan etc. were used in preparing the Mojitos.
