The largest gathering of people dressed up as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi included 308 students to pay homage to Father of the Nation- Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of his birth anniversary, October 2, 2011 and gave a message “One God, One World Family” in the event organized by Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya and executed by Dadi Janki, B.K. Shashiprabha, B.K Gangadhar, B.K. Deepak, B.K. Rajeshwari, B.K. Dileep and B.K. Chingle.The previous record was held by AVB Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu that included 255 students dressed up as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on June 13,2010.
