On December 30, 2009, Sri Rama Nataka Niketan conducted an event wherein 50 students of Guru VS Ramamoorthy and Guru Smt. Manjula Ramaswamy performed Bharatanatyam beautifully for 60 minutes on brass plates and inverted mud pots with three small brass pots one over the other on their head and lit candles on their hands at Ravindra Bharati Auditorium, Hyderabad.
