Zaheer Abbas and Shivaji Bora of Loharpatty,Dibrugarh,Assam, along with their team members Washif Alam Abbas ,Sabir Abbas, Rupam Das flew 50 kites on a single line with lights on them for 2 hours on the banks of Brahmaputra on January 26,2009 on the occasion of Republic day. The small electrical lights on the kites were supplied AC current from the ground.
