Jyoti R. Chindak (born January 17, 1969) from Belgaum, Karnataka, had designed a total of 400 arti plates of size 1.5in and arranged them altogether in a single line of 200m in 15 minutes, on May 20, 2013, at Shivganga Roller Skating club, Belgaum, Karnataka.
