Prem Singh Siani of Ambala produced a unique device which is operated through a cellular phone in which a configured phone number is stored. It is only through these configure phone numbers that the designated mobile phones are connected to the switch can be operated only by designated mobile/s whose number/s are stored in memory of mobile phone attached to the switch. Mobile phones attached to switch can inform the caller the status of the water pump in operation-whether it is on/off, whether electric supply is available, whether electric supply is available, whether electric supply is unavailable. The product appeared for the first time in the market in the year 2005.
