The maximum number of dancers performing Bharatanatyam dance, blindfolded, is 759 and this record was set and organized by Radhakrishna Nritya Academy, Mumbai, Maharashtra, at Balasaheb Thackeray Ground, Bhayander, Mumbai, on November 14, 2019. All participants performed Bharatanatyam dance for 1hour and 10minutes in the formation of the Indian map while displaying the culture and tradition of the country.
