The record for publishing the maximum number of news articles in a year was set by Chandan Kumar Nath (born on December 23, 1997) of Barpeta, Assam. He published 326 news articles and letters in 19 national and regional newspapers. He wrote these articles in three languages, namely English, Hindi and Assamese in The Statesman, The Asian Age, Purvanchal Prahari (Hindi), starting from November 23, 2019 to November 23, 2020. The record stands confirmed on December 4, 2020.
