The record for carving out the maximum number of names of human body systems on pencil leads was set by Neha Fathima V. (born on October 12, 2000) of Calicut, Kerala. She neatly carved out the names of 12 different systems of the human body to display names like Integumentary, Nervous, Reproductive and Cardiovascular, on twelve pencil leads, using charcoal pencils, a blade and surgical knife, as confirmed on September 26, 2020.
