LONGEST DISTANCE COVERED IN OPEN WATER SEA SWIMMING RELAY BY A GROUP

The record for covering the longest distance in an open water sea swimming relay was set by Neel Yogesh Vaidya (born on April 11, 2007) of Raigad, Maharashtra, along with five other members. They started on January 5, 2020, and ended on January 8, 2020, swimming for 233 kilometres (3 round trips between Dharamtar Jetty and Elephanta Island), as confirmed on September 3, 2020.
