The record for serving cooked rice in the largest rice platter was set by Pankaj Bakoliya (born on December 17, 1993) of Jaipur, Rajasthan, along with two of his comrades. The cooked rice was set in an aluminium platter (measuring 80 cm in diameter and 10 cm in depth) and topped with a picture of the Indian map in three different food colours, namely orange, green and yellow. The triple flavoured rice was served to the slum dwellers on Independence Day, as confirmed on August 31, 2020.
