LARGEST INDIAN MAP USING CANDLES

The largest Indian map measuring 115 m X 110 m was created by Nikunj Kumar Tomar (Bulandshahar, U.P .) and team, on January 23, 2012, at Police Line,  Bulandsahar, to create ‘voting awareness’ in U.P. It was created by using 2,40,000 candles and 5,000 lamps. The Superintendent of Police of  Bulandsahar, lit the first candle and appealed to the audience to cast their vote by unveiling the tagline: ‘2 minute vote ke liye’. He was felicitated by India  Book of Records for his achievement, on February 27, 2013, at Record Breakers’ Festival, at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra, Noida, U.P.
