‘Indian Whistler Association’ stupefied everyone when they organized a gathering of 48 whistlers from all over India. They performed an amazing task of whistling the tune of ‘Saare Jahan Se Achchha’ at 11 am on July 20, 2008 in unison at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The whistling was performed in synchronization with the background and chorus music for the same song being played on the audio system. During the attempt, none of the participants used any kind of instrument or gadget; all puckered their lips for whistling!
