The record for forming the largest chain of plastic bottles using 21,113 bottles was set by Indian Institute of Management, Indore at IIM Indore Campus, Madhya Pradesh on November 17, 2019. A total of 40 volunteers from the institute arranged the plastic bottles in a chain with a size of 3.378 km.
