Job Description
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product, service
& procedure. - Attend customer calls, answering all queries and questions regarding the company and
product. - Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Must have good English communication skills. Knowledge of the South Indian
languages will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role for 1 year (min.)
- Having done a sales-related training program
- Knowledgeable with computers.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Salary: INR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 per month
