Runwal & Educationist Sachin V. Joshi .Sachin V. Joshi is a Concept, Founder Director & Prof. Sunil N. Runwal is chairman of this NGO.They both unanimously decided to work for the betterment of society and established Education on Wheels on December 16, 2007.
