On the occasion of inauguration of Manipal University, Jaipur, Manoj Srivastava (born on December 30, 1968) along with 5 team members and 120 students of Hotel Management, prepared a meal ‘Gateaux Annanas’ weighing 87.560kg with the dimensions 5ft X 4ft X 0.5ft, at Manipal University Campus, Jaipur, on April 2, 2015.
