The record for writing the Hanuman Chalisa using cane sticks was set by Komal Dhondiba Padamwar (born on October 17, 1995) of Ambejogai, Maharashtra. She wrote the complete ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ with all the verses written separately on 24 white cards. The cane sticks were meticulously cut out with the blade and designed accordingly, as confirmed on February 11, 2020.
