Sankara Eye Hospital, Bangalore, Karnataka, had created an Indian Braille flag with the flag colours depicted through varying textures and the raised chakra at its centre allows the visually challenged to feel the Ashoka Chakra with its 24 spokes. The flag was unveiled by the Governor of Karnataka H R Bhardwaj on November 15, 2012.
