Praveen Tiwari (born on January 9, 1980), a student of SJMC – School of Journalism and Mass Communication from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, attained Ph.D. on topic ”Importance of Cartooning in Mass Communication with Special Reference to the Indian Cartooning’ by Devi Ahilya University, Indore, in year 2006.
