The record for being the first person to have won I-league football championships both as a player and as a coach, was set by Harpreet Bedi (born on June 29, 1993) of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, wherein he won MUPC as a player of St.Stephen’s Football Academy, Chandigarh, on January 20, 2008 at Mapusa, Goa, and as a coach of Minerva Punjab Football Club, on February 08, 2018 at BA Stadium, Goa. The record stands confirmed on October 16, 2019.
