India’s Magic Star, a reality show started on Star One on July 3, 2010 was a hunt for India’s most talented magician on Television. It had several magicians slugging it out to win the honour of becoming India’s next magic star. Along the way, the magicians would have to prove themselves adept at various different forms of magic – stage magic, street magic, illusions etc. Tejas Malode a Magician from Mumbai, Maharatra won the Grand finale. It also saw some astonishing performances by mentors, judges and magicians S.A.C. Vasanth, Rajat Narasimhan and renowned American illusionist Franz Harary and Actor Jackie Shroff.
