FASTEST OPEN WATER SEA SWIMMING RELAY BY A TEAM

The record for completing the fastest open water sea swimming relay was set by Atharva Sadanand Kulkarni (born on April 11, 2006), together with Raj Santosh Patil (born on Jan 5, 2006), Siddhi Premanand Kadam (born on Oct 29, 2001) & Kashish Ratan Tilwani (born on Sept 7, 2004), Anagha Shivaji Shingade (born on September 23, 2005), Keenjal Amit Khatokar (born on October 30, 2007) from Maharashtra. They started swimming on April 15, 2019 from the Gateway of India, Mumbai, crossing Belapur in Navi Mumbai and Dharamtar in Raigad and returned to the Gateway of India on April 17, 2019, covering a distance of 161km in 43 hours, 24 minutes and 55 seconds, as confirmed on December 13, 2019.
