The record for making the maximum number of defence equipment from waste material was set by Shourya Sonkusare (born on January 10, 2009) of Pune, Maharashtra. He used waste cardboard material to make 31 defence equipment-18 models of guns (measuring 9.5 cm to 57 cm), two swords, one knife, one satellite, one tactical suitcase, one aircraft, three bullets, one hand grenade, a pair of binoculars and two motorcycles, at the young age of 11 years, 7 months and 16 days, as confirmed on August 26, 2020.
