The record for writing an award-winning book on economic crime and police was set by Dr Jalam Singh (born on May 26, 1978) of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. He is the head constable in Rajasthan police and was conferred with the Pandit Govind Vallabh Pant award by the honourable Union Home Minister, Sh. Amit Shah. He wrote a book titled Arthik Apradh Tatha Police in Hindi, which is published by the Police Research and Development Bureau, as confirmed on July 15, 2020.
