Saraf Ali Bhat (born on August 26, 1999) of Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir, is appreciated for winning the Reader’s Choice Award 2019 for his book Triggered by Sorrows. He runs a publishing house named ‘Helping Hands’ through which he helps budding authors by publishing their works, as confirmed on May 22, 2020.
