Gowri Chandrashekhar Hosamani (born on June 28, 2006) of Dharwad, Karnataka, is appreciated for participating in the Space Quiz conducted by the ISRO, Department of Space and getting a chance to watch the live satellite launch in Sriharikota. She has also won several awards and certificates in different fields including painting, quiz, essay, singing and other co-curricular activities. She qualified in all the three levels of an online quiz competition organised by ‘Mind Wars’ (Zee TV), as confirmed on December 28, 2020.
