Dr. Jalam Singh (born on May 26, 1978) is appreciated for receiving Ph.D. in Public Administration from IGNOU. He did research in work satisfactions of low grade employees in police service and the first Ph.D. awarded policeman of the constabulary level in Jaisalmer, as confirmed on June 2, 2020.
