A.N. Shukla of New Delhi created an advanced toothbrush. It is provided with a toothpaste dispenser built into the handle. In this novel concept, toothpaste is supplied to the bristles with the help of a piston that forces the paste to the bristles. This product was appeared in the market in the year 2007.
