The record for the most adventurous route covered by a cancer patient on a bike is from Kolkata, West Bengal to Muktinath Temple, Nepal through the world’s deepest gorge (Kali Gandaki), and was achieved by Subhojit Dutta with his wife Sudeshna Mallick of Kolkata, wherein a total distance of 2,432km was covered, starting from Kolkata and back in 12days from October 21 to November 1, 2018, as confirmed on January 25, 2019.
