Record Application Form

Choose a record to break or set a new record. Use your creativity to find out the extraordinary skill in you, be creative, the more extraordinary the accomplishment, the more likely it is to be featured in the India Book of Records book. Don’t limit yourself to what is already in the book, you may also be featured in the book by being the first person to do something.

Step 1: Fill the online  “APPLICATION FORM” and submit.

Step 2: Wait until you receive, reply from India Book of Records Team. It may take a week time.

Step 3: In some cases, or category of records, applicant has to invite Judge / Adjudicator from India Book of Records. Kindly refer -‘Invite A Judge’ for more details. Provide all requisite supporting & evidences along with filled application form as given in the mail. You may sent same through courier to the head office of India Book of Records at: B-121, 2nd Floor, Green Fields, Faridabad, Haryana – 121010.

Step 4: After all the documents are received, India Book of Records Team will process your claim within 15 days. (Incomplete documentation might result in the delay of the process. You will be informed through mail for any incomplete documentation.)

Step 5: India Book of Record Team will confirm your record approval on your given mail account. You are required to recheck the facts and figures related to your achievement. Kindly report us any changes/factual errors for immediate rectification.

Step 6: Order your Special Record Holder’s Pack. Click Here to know more about it.

Step 7: IBR team will process your Special Record Holder’s Pack order. It will take 2-3 weeks to dispatch your pack after the payment confirmation.

Step 8: Send us your Special Record Holder’s Pack payment slip & passport size picture at [email protected]
