Kamlakant Rai (born on July 10, 2010) of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh took the banner of spearheading a cause of concern for the entire humanity. For this, he started his walk on January 23, 2010 at 6.15 am from the Western coast of India – Pipavav Shipyard Limited, Gujarat and ended on Eastern coast – Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Vishakhapatnam on March 13, 2010 at 8.30 am, with a message “Save Plant to Save Earth”, which is of paramount importance to protect our earth from GLOBAL WARMING. On his way, he visited schools and colleges to promote his message among the youth. He covered a awesome distance of 2050 km in this mission.

What is even more amusing is that he even provides a Feng Shui haircut which bestows positive energy in a person!

The world record for maximum distance traveled on a bicycle without using handle bars was achieved in an hour by Sourabh Sahni (born on December 8,  1986) of  Delhi on October 30, 2004. He covered a distance of 25.6 km in an hour in a circular loop covering parts of Safdarjung Enclave, R.K Puram, Mohammadpur and R .K Khanna Stadium.

Nilesh Babulal Parekh (born on November 4, 1973) cuts and styles hair by igniting it with a gas lighter, with his eyes blindfolded. His clientele hold the view that this style is better than cutting hair with scissors since hair ends don’t split. On April 9, 2006, he achieved a memorable feat by trimming and styling the hair of 76 people – men, women and children – in 4 hours 40 minutes, starting at 5.35 p.m. and ending at 10.15 pm at Palival Vatika (Ahmedabad). He claims to have cut hair in this manner of almost 1,000 women, but the most amazing thing is that no one has ever suffered any burn injury.
