Pinalgiri Goswami (born on September 29, 1981) of Anand, Gujarat, created a table fan measuring 1cm in height, 1.5cm in length and 1cm in width with its remote control using stapler pins, aluminum plate, battery etc, at his residence, on March 23, 2017.
