MAXIMUM STAIRS CLIMBED BY A DISABLED MAN

The record for the maximum number of stairs climbed by a disabled man (with 80% locomotive disability in both lower limbs) was achieved by Vipulbhai Damjibhai Bokarvadiya (born on June 1, 1982) of Rajkot, Gujarat, wherein he climbed 10,000 stairs towards a temple located on Girnar Mountain (height 3,666ft), Junagarh, Gujarat, for four times from 2012 to 2018. The climb was completed in 12 to 20 hours each time, as confirmed on February 7, 2019.
