The record for the maximum number of participants drawing the national flag to pay homage to Pulwama martyrs is 1,304 and was created by St. Xavier’s High School, Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, headed by Director, Dr. Arun Shrivastaw at the school premises, on March 14, 2019. All the participants individually drew the National Flag in a duration of 5 minutes.
